Shipping
We ship worldwide. We aim to process all orders within 24-48 hours after receiving the customer's order, excluding weekends and major holidays. As we are a small team, occasional delays to lead time may occur. If so, the updated timeframe will be clearly stated on the website/when the order is placed.
Made-to-order items (such as Biboja trousers, jackets and shirts) are custom-produced for each customer and typically ship within 4–6 weeks of the order date. Payment is processed at the time of ordering.
Shipping is free on all orders over 10,000 NOK, domestically and internationally.
Shipping for domestic orders (NORWAY)
We offer domestic shipping within Norway. All domestic orders are handled through MyBring. Shipping is a flat rate of 100 NOK regardless of the size and weight of the items (orders over 10,000 NOK are free). Items can also be picked up free of charge at our showroom in Oslo, by appointment.
Please contact us at orders@biboja.com or choose pick-up as delivery option when placing an order. For domestic orders, Norwegian VAT is included.
Shipping for international orders
We offer global shipping at a flat rate of 450 NOK in EU and 550 NOK international (free global shipping on orders over 10,000 NOK).
When shipping to international addresses, we are required to accurately declare the value of items being shipped on the relevant customs forms. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
All prices are quoted in NOK (local currency), and on occasion converted to the currency of the customer's region and stated as such.
MVA/VAT:
All prices on the website include Norwegian VAT. For any orders shipped outside of Norway, you will receive a refund of Norwegian VAT, though please be aware you may be charged local VAT and duties on import. Note that we do not stand responsible for any extra VAT or duty costs outside of Norway. The customer is fully responsible to research all VAT and duty costs of their respective country before proceeding with an order.
Returns
We offer return with refund for both new and vintage/second-hand items purchased online, including Biboja socks and shawls and in-stock trousers, within 14 days of delivery, given that the item is in new and unworn condition, i.e. clean, with labels attached.
For vintage/second-hand items, the condition of the item returned must match its condition at the time of purchase, i.e., no new flaws.

Made-to-order items, i.e Biboja trousers, jackets and shirts are as a standard not eligible for a refund as they are pre-ordered.
Please note, you are required to pay shipment costs and any duties on both delivery and return. The customer is responsible for the return cost of shipping and all other related expenses. We advise proof of postage when returning goods as Biboja cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage to the parcel. If a product shows any sign of wear or alterations to its original state, Biboja reserves the right to refuse a refund.
Note
Biboja does not provide exchange or store credit, only refund, in line with Norwegian laws. Please keep in mind that vintage and second-hand items are sold as is, with flaws as mentioned in the item description and per the vintage condition chart.
Defects
We inspect all items before shipping. However, please inspect the merchandise upon receiving it. If the product has defects or missing elements, customers may reach out for a re-delivery or in particular cases receive a refund. The defect must have existed when the products arrived to the customer, and the item must be in new, unworn condition. The customer shall notify Biboja by email at orders@biboja.com, within 10 days of delivery should such defect occur. Please note that vintage items will have signs of wear and might have defects when sold which will always be referred to the vintage condition chart. Please read the information about the condition of the item carefully prior to purchasing.

Biboja accepts Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Vipps.
