Refund policy

Returns
For new in-stock items, i.e. not made-to-order, including socks, shawls and in-stock trousers and shirts, we offer return with refund within 14 days of delivery, given that the item is in new and unworn condition, i.e. clean, with labels attached.

For vintage/second-hand items purchased online, we offer return with refund within 14 days of delivery, given that the item is in unchanged condition, i.e. it matches the condition stated in the vintage condition chart.

Email orders@biboja.com for information and/or a return sheet, using your order number as a reference.

Made-to-order items, i.e. Biboja trousers, jackets and shirts, are not eligible for a refund as they are made to order.

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. We advise proof of postage when returning goods as Biboja cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage to the parcel. If a product shows any sign of wear or alterations to its original state, Biboja reserves the right to refuse a refund.

Note
Biboja does not provide exchange or store credit, only refund, in line with Norwegian law. Please keep in mind that vintage and second-hand items are sold as is, with flaws as mentioned in the item description and per the vintage condition chart.

Defects
We inspect all items before shipping. Please inspect your order upon receiving it. If the product has defects or missing elements, clients may reach out for a re-delivery or, in particular cases, a refund. The defect must have existed when the products arrived, and the item must be in new, unworn condition. Please notify Biboja by email at orders@biboja.com within 10 days of delivery should such a defect occur. Please note that vintage items will have signs of wear and may have defects when sold, which will always be referred to in the vintage condition chart. Please read the condition information carefully prior to purchasing.
